1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betpor platform — whether via web browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), as well as betpor's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the betpor platform and may not create or maintain an account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create a betpor account and use the platform's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. betpor enforces a strict minimum age of 21 — no exceptions.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended betpor account.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that prohibits your access to online gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

betpor uses third-party identity verification services to confirm player details. You consent to betpor performing such checks as a condition of account creation and continued use of the platform.

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) betpor account only. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different credentials — is strictly prohibited. betpor reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a single individual discovered to hold multiple accounts and to void or confiscate any balances therein.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpor login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. betpor will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension & Closure. betpor reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — including, without limitation, where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, failure to satisfy age verification requirements, or activity that betpor reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.

3.4 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request to close their betpor account at any time by contacting betpor's customer support team at [email protected]. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betpor accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit at betpor is PKR 100 (one hundred Pakistani Rupees) via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer minimums may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Successful completion of identity verification (KYC) on your betpor account.
• Completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the relevant balance.
• Minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees).
• Withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where applicable.

4.4 Processing Times. betpor processes withdrawal requests within standard timelines: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15 minutes; bank transfers within 5–30 minutes subject to banking system availability; USDT within 1–3 blockchain confirmations. betpor does not charge player-side processing fees on withdrawals.

4.5 Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your betpor account are legitimately owned by you and are free from any criminal or illegal origin. betpor reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet placed on betpor is only valid and binding upon confirmation by the betpor system. In the event of a technical error or connectivity failure before confirmation, the bet shall be deemed void and any staked funds returned to the player's account balance.

5.2 Void Bets. betpor reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds offered were materially incorrect due to a system error; the event was cancelled or abandoned before the relevant result was determined; or there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of an outcome (match-fixing or insider information).

5.3 Maximum Winnings. betpor applies maximum single-event and cumulative winnings caps which are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding these caps are not payable.

5.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) markets are offered at betpor's discretion and may be suspended at any time. betpor's decision on the outcome of in-play events is final and binding.

5.5 Cricket Betting. PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20I cricket markets are subject to the specific sport rules published within the betpor platform. In the event of a rain-affected match, official DLS-adjusted results are used where available.

6 Casino Games

6.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games available on betpor — including video slots, RNG Blackjack, RNG Roulette, and other RNG table games — are certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games hosted within betpor's live casino section (including MG Live tables) are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. betpor's live dealer studio output is final. Technical disconnections during live sessions shall be resolved in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy.

6.3 Game Availability. betpor reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or replace any casino game at any time without prior notice. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are updated in real time but betpor accepts no liability for inaccurate jackpot displays resulting from caching or connectivity delays.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes offered by betpor are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, betpor's promotional offers are limited to one per player, per household, and per verified payment method. betpor reserves the right to decline or revoke bonus awards where there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betpor platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with betpor's platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on fixed, manipulated, or compromised sporting events.
• Engaging in chip dumping, player collusion, or any form of coordinated play at live casino tables.
• Depositing or handling funds derived from criminal or illegal activity through betpor accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your betpor account.
• Using betpor's platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by betpor.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the betpor platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, design elements, text, game assets, promotional materials, and data — is the intellectual property of betpor or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betpor platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the betpor platform without betpor's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betpor's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betpor platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betpor account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 betpor shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or telecommunications providers; (d) losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

11.3 betpor makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

12 Privacy & Data

betpor collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with betpor, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betpor implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and betpor cannot warrant absolute data security.

13 Amendments to These Terms

betpor reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, betpor will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the betpor platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under betpor's international gaming licence jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and betpor, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. betpor is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through betpor's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to betpor's licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

betpor's decision on the outcome of any bet or game shall be final and binding, subject only to betpor's internal complaints and appeals procedure.
